Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about data accuracy, uptime, or third-party data source availability (e.g., websites may change or block access).

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
• Respect academic integrity — tools like StudyPal assist with formatting and studying, not cheating or plagiarism.
• You are responsible for how you use the data you collect.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow Gumroad's purchase policy. Contact us at admin@hermesbee.com if you have an issue with your purchase.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
